Residential OoHC & Youth Support
Out of Home Care – IPAs & Respite
Our Out of Home Care services provide stable, nurturing environments for young people who cannot live at home. Whether through Individual Placement Agreements (IPAs) or short-term respite, we support emotional wellbeing, growth, and positive life transitions. Each placement is tailored to the young person’s needs.
Casework Support Scheme (CSS)
Our CSS services include supervised family contact, mentoring, and advocacy to maintain important connections between children and their families. We work closely with carers, caseworkers, and families to ensure a child-safe and culturally respectful approach to care and development

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Future Pathways Youth Ltd provides Supported Independent Living services under the NDIS. Our team works with participants to build skills for everyday life in a safe and supportive environment. We focus on promoting independence, wellbeing, and meaningful daily routines to help individuals thrive in their homes and communities.
Community Participation
We offer programs to support people with disability in becoming active members of their communities. Through social and recreational activities, we aim to boost confidence, build relationships, and encourage independence — all in line with their NDIS goals.

What We Do
Future Pathways Youth Ltd is a registered charity and NDIS provider supporting children
• NDIS Services: Core and capacity-building supports for all age groups.
• OOHC (Out-of-Home Care): Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) and residential support for children and young people aged 5–18.
• Youth Services: Mentoring, wellbeing, crisis care, life skills and engagement programs.
• Disability Support: Tailored support services for people living with disability.
• Cultural Safety: Trauma-informed and culturally responsive care for First Nations and CALD young people.​

We provide NDIS services, therapeutic supports, and out-of-home care (OOHC) across New South Wales, with a strong focus on creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments.
Our mission is to empower young people with disability to build independence, develop essential life skills, and achieve their personal goals. By working in partnership with families, carers, and communities, we ensure that every young person is given the respect, care, and opportunities they need to thrive.
